What exactly does SinoBridge do?

We are a sourcing partner based in China. You send a product brief, we shortlist verified factories, collect quotations, negotiate, run samples and quality inspections, then arrange consolidation and shipping to your port or door. You buy directly from the factory — we charge a transparent service fee.

How do you verify that factories are real?

Every supplier marked as audited has passed a documentation check (business licence, export record, product certifications) plus an on-site visit where we film the workshop, count production lines and confirm staff numbers. Audit reports are shared with buyers before any deposit is paid.

What is the minimum order quantity?

It depends on the product — most items start between 100 and 1,000 pieces. We negotiate trial orders and mixed-container consolidation so you can validate quality before scaling.

Which payment methods and terms do you support?

T/T, L/C at sight, Alibaba Trade Assurance and PayPal for samples. Typical terms are 30% deposit with 70% against the pre-shipment inspection report. Escrow through a trade assurance platform is available on request.

Can you source a product that is not in your catalogue?

Yes. Roughly 70% of our projects start from a drawing, sample photo or competitor link. Post an RFQ with your requirements and our sourcing team replies with supplier options within 48 hours.

Do you handle shipping and customs?

We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Our freight desk books sea, rail and air shipments weekly from Ningbo, Shenzhen, Shanghai and Yiwu, and prepares the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin for your broker.
